All Guests Must Have An Appointment

When booking for more than one person, appointments must be booked one at a time, at the same time or no more than 15 minutes apart.

*All Access = Access to the entire facility, including Locker Room, Cedar Sauna, Steam Sauna, and Cold Plunge Pools. Time windows are total time in the facility. Most of our guests love doing hot / cold contrast therapy and can move at their own pace.

*Cold Plunge Only = Access to the Cold Plunge Room, Cold Plunge Shower & Changing Area.

*Unless otherwise noted, packages can be shared and do not expire
