Spacious, Custom Built Traditional Hot Rock Sauna. Chromatherapy Lighting.
Capacity: We are semi-communal meaning the facility is not totally private but we do limit the amount of guests to 4 per session.
Our hot rock sauna is kept at a temperature range of 195-200F
We recommend 15-20 minute sauna increments, rotating between the heat and cold-immersions at least twice for maximum benefits.
Sauna appointments are “All Access” only. Our guests have access to our custom built traditional sauna, our steam room, and cold plunge room to move freely at their own pace.

Custom Designed Oversized Cold Water Plunge Pool.
When you book a cold plunge session with us for the duration of your experience you’ll have access to a private changing room & shower.
Our room hosts two tanks, one custom designed deep plunge pool which will be held between 37 and 47 degrees.
This plunge pool includes a wall timer with button/remote controls and a Turbo button to allow for flowing water to break your thermal barrier.
The second tank will be held at around a ten degree difference for a more mild plunge experience. This plunge does not have a wall timer and 5 minute hour glass sand timers are provided.
The cold plunge can be a challenging and exciting time! Lucky for us, the 200% increase in dopamine will have you wanting to share your experience with others.
“All Access” users will have access to both our custom built cold plunges.
Session Time: Recommended 3-5 minutes. Maximum 15 min single exposure
Session Times: 25min total Access (including your shower/changing time)

As an extension of our custom built traditional dry sauna, we also provide a 2 person steam room which detoxifies impurities and leaves the skin and spirit refreshed.

A high flow Swiss Shower, located in our Sauna Room, provides you access to a wonderful flow of water to cool off & rinse before and after the sauna.
Swiss Shower provides high flow cool water, for those seeking hot / cold contrast therapy without the complete immersion of low temperature cold plunge.

Bathing suit/swim-wear or light athletic wear is required.
We do provide towels and sandals to use, but feel free to bring your own!
Water and cups are provided, but we recommend bringing a water bottle to fill up as needed.
Our locker room and showers include toiletries such as shampoo, body wash and conditioner. We also have q-tips and blow dryers available for use.

Your first time using a hot sauna or cold-plunge may seem scary, but we’re here to guide you in what to expect.
Both can be intense experiences on your first go, but they are a practice like most things in life, you get better at it the more you do it.
Sauna use creates an up-tick in cardiovascular rate similar to moderate excersise. Those who don’t participate in moderate activity may find the increase in heart rate alarming, also may find the body has a harder time breaking a sweat hence a sensation of over-heating. We recommend to start in shorter 10 minute increments in our sauna, hop out for a cold rinse or plunge and repeat. The idea is to allow yourself to sit in the bit of discomfort and let the body adapt to the new environment- in turn immense transformation and healing occurs.
The great thing is that you have the time and space here to move at your own pace with no pressure to stay any particular time in our amenities. The experience is truly personalized and catered to the individual. Each time you come, you can try a different routine depending on your personal needs that day.

Walk-ins are welcome but we cannot guarantee availability without an appointment.
