Traditional Finish Dry Sauna
Presenting a custom designed, hot rock, cedar sauna. Powered by a Humm 18kw heater, with an adjustable temperature range of 185-200'F. Semi private access to Swiss shower, and locker room.
Cold Plunge Room
Custom oversized cold plunge pool: 39-46°F or a milder 50-60°F. Private changing room & shower included. Two tanks: two different temperature options. Share the dopamine rush or book sauna & cold plunge for privacy. Session time: 25 minutes. An opportunity for 2-3 shorter plunges or one long plunge. (2-5 minutes each or 15 minutes MAX.) Your 25 minute window includes your shower time if needed.
Warm & Swiss Shower
Enjoy a spacious Swiss Shower in our Sauna Room for pre- and post-sauna cooling. High-flow water, ideal for hot/cold therapy without immersion.
Steam Room
As an extension of our custom built traditional finish sauna lives our 1-2 person steam room.
